Recruitment Process
At NCTES we believe in a fair and equal treatment for all candidates aspiring to join the company. To ensure we select the right candidate, we have created a recruitment process comprising of a series of steps that are explained to give you an insight into our process and expectations.

Short-Listing Process
All selected CVs are reviewed during a screening process and have to comply with our minimum criteria points. Our recruitment manager will take into account your qualifications, overall experience, current employer and other such relevant factors. Interview
Short-listed candidates will undergo an interview conducted either by telephone, skype, one-to-one basis or as part of an assessment centre. NCTES conducts suitable skills and personality tests for selected positions and after the successful completion of the personal interview, candidates will then undergo an administrative clearance process.
Clearance
Security and medical clearance is required for all QATAR based positions. For positions based outside of the QATAR the company will follow any statutory employment requirements that may be necessary.
An offer of employment is only finalized after the successful completion of all clearance formalities.
